Bill and Melinda Gates Divorce – The Example of a Collaborative Divorce

This week in the news we had the announcement of the divorce of Bill and Melinda Gates. Unlike many divorces, seemingly they’ve reached an agreement in private as to how they will split and divide not only just their assets but also deciding on their intentions and aspirations for what their legacy will be. This reminds me of why it’s so important to be able to collaborate privately on reaching agreements when there are so many issues at stake.
